Stayed here for one night for business. Hotel and room was clean. Also, it was quiet, which was nice as the hotel was rather occupied. Only made use of the breakfast, no other amenities. The breakfast was rather basic. Location was ok, right near the interstate.

We were a little worried after reading some of the prior reviews. No need to worry, Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and friendly during our 3 night stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, pool was refreshing and comfortable. One complaint is the water pressure in the showers... that was frustrating. Overall a great stay- great location which was convenient to get to Hilton head or Savannah or Parris Island- and for significantly less money per night.

5-stars because at this price point they did an outstanding job of delivering a quality hotel stay. Room was super clean and quiet. Hotel parking lot would have said it was a full night. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Plenty of outlets for our electronics and even two nightstands next to our king bed. Lots of hotels think one is enough. Room was cool upon entry and had good black out shades. Front desk arrival could have been more interactive with me as she did not welcome me and said “Give me your ID”. While located right off the interstate there was enough trees and margin of land to prevent road noise in our room. Starbucks is immediately next to property too!!!

Great stop on way home to jersey from Florida. Excellent customer service, great food for breakfast. Nice selection and fresh. Room was very clean. Only reason gave 4 star because carpet smelled and hallway smelled. Would have them cleaned. Would definitely stay again

The check in guy was great. Very kind and accommodating. Still had his sense of humor this far into summer on Hilton Head. It was a little musty in the lobby. But this is the low country in the summer. 90° and 90% humidity. I got a handicap room. And it was so nice and quiet. First floor right next to the side door/emergent exit. I didn’t hear it open all night. A few things I thought have room for improvement. 1. From chair height, the thermostat was not easy to see or operate. LCD displays are susceptible to high levels of parallax challenges. 2. The room door seemed narrow. And it being a hotel, it’s that guillotine type that spring loads closed. I’d think in this day and age, when you swipe your key to a handicap room, the door would open automatically. 3. The coffee cups are so thin, when you fill them with coffee and try and put a lid on them, they almost crush. I wouldn’t trust them in my car. (However it is an obvious initiative to be more environmentally conscious. Completely recyclable material. The stirrers were wooden. 5 stars for the small details. Microplastics are very bad for the environment.) This is Fourth of July week. Patriotism is at the foundation of our culture. We have parades and fly flags. And those flags still fly because of men and women who sacrificed and are now in wheelchairs. Be who you say you are. Dont just say you support the military, or veterans. Put it in your corporate DNA. It’s called social capital. When you do this be ready. You’ll be overbooked with veterans. This hotel is right off the highway. Gas, food, and hotel all right here. If your road trip needs a convenient affordable stop, this one isn’t bad. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. I’m grateful for the opportunity this room gave me to advocate for our military. It’s interesting. Our culture seems to place a difference between handicap and military. When very often they are the same. The one thing I know is that no one who actually needs a room like this would write this. It’s just seen by them every day. And what I know about 99.9% of physically challenged people is, they don’t complain. They just adapt. But remember. Many times a hotel is a luxury that people use for a vacation. Make it the same for those who adapt every day. Show them you care enough to exceed their expectations too. Do you have handicap accessible honeymoon suites? You shouldn’t be making it just “accessible.” You should make it commendable. And frankly I don’t know why all hotel rooms are not handicap accessible, and the rest of us adapt to it. It’s an antiquated mentality that started far too long ago and has gone on long enough. Again. This is more of a broad comment than this specific stay. Grateful. Live MAHI

I have mixed feelings on this review. The hotel was probably the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time, the other side is the water pressure in the room. The water pressure was so low in the sink, but even lower in the shower it took me 25 minutes to wash and condition and rinse my hair. I asked the front desk if there was an issue and I was told maintenance would be in in the morning at nine that didn’t do me any good since we left much earlier than that. I did hear other guests talking about the water issue. The breakfast bar area was nice and had a lot of selection, but no fresh fruit and they didn’t keep the coffee tea bar open in the evenings. The location was convenient. There is a Taco Bell gas station and waffle House right in the area. The hotel is right off the freeway, but we didn’t hear a lot of freeway noise. They have a very nice pool but it was padlock shut. I’m not sure if that’s a seasonal thing or what . If they fix the water pressure issue this would be an excellent hotel.

First, kudos to the cleaning staff. They do a bang-up job. I mention them First because, as you know, cleaning is my pet peave in hotels. If it is not clean, nothing else matters. Even though this hotel is just off US 278, it is quiet. Breakfast with a variety of options. Staff there great, too. Front desk staff responsive and pleasant. Rooms have nice touches. There is a pull-down blind that blocks the view but not the light. Shower is modern with low step in feature. I would have liked it better if the water pressure was a little higher. It felt like a trickle. All in all, there are no major complaints. Starbucks, convenience store and a Waffle House all in walking distance. Highly recommended.
